The headdress is a simple faux fur hat with a tulle mane, plus a headband with ears and a golden horn with beaded accents. Make the wings from wire and sheer fusible web edged with glass beads, plus ribbons to attach them. Use lace to enhance the tank top dress and wear a tulle tutu over white tights.
